3. User Accounts and Social Login
Some aspects of the Service may require you to authenticate using social media accounts, such as Twitter/X. By using social login features, you authorize us to access certain information from your social media account as permitted by the social platform and your privacy settings.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your authentication.

7. Service Availability and Speeds
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Internet speeds and performance may vary based on location, number of users, and other factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to implement traffic management measures, including bandwidth throttling, to ensure fair usage of the Service for all users.
8. Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
